for your home. We frequently manage properties for people
who have to work overseas, have a Service posting, or
have had to change location for some other reason.
We do not sell houses,
any form of insurance, or arrange mortgages. We manage
and maintain our clients' houses.

- Finding you a suitable tenant.
- Property advertisement on our web system, the local,
and the national press as appropriate.
- Various things that are done to confirm the bona
fides for prospective tenants.
- We make a full and detailed schedule of decorations
and fixtures for every property. If the property is
furnished, this will be a full inventory.
- Arrange for the transfer of all public utilities.
- Draw up all the appropriate agreements for your
property.
